IRIS2010 Papers Submission

Potential authors are invited to submit their original, unpublished works in conference papers to IRIS2010. Please avoid submission of papers that are already published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Submission of Abstracts:

Two-pages paper abstract including text, figures, tables and references prepared using this template (Microsoft Word 2003 file) then converted to a pdf file, to be sent to:

iris_admin@nuem.nagoya-u.ac.jp by September 30, 2009

Please use the following synthesis for the Email subject field:

"IRIS2010 abstract, First Author full Name"

and for the attached file name please use the following synthesis:

"First Author full name, the full title of the paper"

Notes:

The official language of the conference is English. (for both the paper and the presentation)
After receiving the abstract, we will send the author a confirmation email which contains the author's "Submission Number".

This number will be used for camera-ready paper submission and registration.

The potential author who wish to submit a paper after the paper abstract submission deadline (Oct. 15, 2009), please contact IRIS2010 secretary at hanafiah@nuem.nagoya-u.ac.jp

Submission of Camera-ready Papers:

4 (min) - 6 (max) A4 size pages camera-ready paper to be prepared using this template (Microsoft Word 2003 file).

Note: Papers that are more than 6 pages long will be charged 5000 Japanese yen for every extra page.

All papers must be converted to PDF format. Only PDF files are accepted. Please keep the file size under 2MB.
For camera-ready paper to be part of the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for IRIS2010.

The final camera-ready paper to be submitted electronically, by sending it as an attachment file to:

iris_admin@nuem.nagoya-u.ac.jp by December 31, 2009

Please use the following synthesis for the Email subject field:

"IRIS2010 camera-ready paper, submission number"

and for the attached file name please use the following synthesis:

"Submission number, the full title of the paper"

Submission of paper digests:

All authors of accepted papers are required to prepare and submit one page of paper digest following this format (IRIS2010_DigestTemplete.ppt).
Paper Digest will appear in the symposium program book together with the presentation schedule.
The paper digest in Microsoft Power Point format must be submited to the symposium by email attachment not later than December 31, 2009, together with
final camera-ready paper.

Copyright Transfer Submission

All submitted paper must be accompanied with copyright transfer. Please download the Copyright Transfer Form and email the signed Copyright Form back to iris_admin@nuem.nagoya-u.ac.jp, or mail it to the IRIS2010 Secretariat before January 15, 2010.
